Waiting time:

A 15 minute grace period is allowed on pickups other than at airports. After the grace period, waiting time will be charged hourly in quarter-hour increments

50% of the deposit is being charged when you make a reservation while the rest amount is charged on the day of the ride.

You can cancel your airport ride free of charge if you notify us at least 2-hours before the ride.
For wedding transportation, we need at least a 30-day notice.
